The couple split in November 2012 before getting back together and breaking up again in 2014. Bieber was briefly linked to Sofia Richie before rekindling his on-off relationship with Gomez in November 2017, The twosome split for good in March 2018. Following the end of his relationship with Gomez, Bieber reconnected with Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin), whom he previously dated from 2015 to 2016. The duo got engaged in July 2018. They secretly tied the knot at a New York City courthouse in September 2018 and hosted a second wedding ceremony in South Carolina in September 2019.
